研究工作 |
研究领域为海洋生物资源高效利用。结合国家重大需求，在国家海洋公益性行业专项、国家自然科学基金、中科院专项a等项目的资助下，以红树林、海洋软体动物、海洋微生物为研究对象，综合应用海洋生态学、分析化学、分子生物学等多学科的技术手段，针对海洋生物活性物质活性强、稳定性低、活性来源高度复杂，规模化应用困难的科技难题，重点开发高效、温和的新型制备分离技术。发现了一批新型活性次级代谢产物、功能肽、海洋微生物酶，并开发相关的应用技术，实现了海洋生物中微量、易变性、多元协同作用系统的活性成分的规模化制备、分离和纯化，形成了完整技术链，在渔用饲料、海洋珍珠加工、环境等领域得到推广应用，取得良好社会效益和经济效益。 | ||||
