海洋微生物酶在生物催化领域的应用研究、生物酶的固定化技术研究。
研究工作
    海洋微生物酶在生物催化领域的应用研究: 从深海热液等极端环境分离纯化几百株极端微生物,并对几十株微生物的全基因组进行测序和序列分析。通过对深海微生物基因组的挖掘,克隆表达了超过1000个深海微生物酶,将几十个新颖的深海微生物酶开发成高效的生物催化剂,制备了近20个高附加值高光学纯的手性药物中间体/手性化工产品。生物酶的固定化技术研究:使用吸附、包埋和化学结合等方法对生物酶进行固定化研究,目前已经开发出基于包埋和化学结合等方法的固定化酶制剂的制备方法,极大的提高了生物酶的使用次数、温度稳定性、机械稳定性和储藏稳定性等重要工业应用指标。目前已经发表通讯作者文章20余篇(另有近20篇通讯作者文章文章待发表),以第一发明人申报发明专利20余项(已获授权2项)。
