研究工作 |
围绕海洋生物和海洋环境的独特性,将生理实验、化学分析与数学模型相结合,解析海洋生态系统中重金属的生物富集、生物转化、食物链传递与毒理效应。阐释海洋鱼类累积重金属的生理生态特征;基于这些特征发展了用于模拟预测海洋鱼类富集重金属的生物动力学模型;解析了海洋生物对砷的生物转化过程,揭示了砷在海洋生物中的高累积和生物放大机制;发展了的重金属亚细胞分布决定理论,用于揭示重金属在海洋食物链中的传递规律。 | ||||
