研究工作 |
(1)发现环境分离弧菌普遍存在多样化的可移动遗传元件,深入研究了SXT/R391家族元件的分子特征,揭示了其遗传和表型多样性的分子基础; (2)利用弧菌可移动遗传元件的基因资源,开发出通用的革兰氏阴性基因遗传操作系统,并将其广泛用于革兰氏阴性细菌的基因插入、缺失和修饰; (3)在国内率先开展了利用噬菌体、益生菌等生物防控病害弧菌的研究工作,首次通过实验揭示了细菌的噬菌体内溶素和穿孔素基因的特征和功能; (4)在对虾中鉴定出2个与细菌凝集相关的基因LvLTLC1、LvPREP2,二者产物在体内体外均对多种弧菌产生强烈的凝集作用。 |
