重点研究热带海洋微生物药物先导化合物。主要学术贡献:1)海洋药用微生物资源的挖掘:建立化学排重和活性筛选结合的活性化合物高效挖掘体系,从海洋微生物中筛选发现新结构的活性化合物百余个;2)海洋药物先导物的发现:筛选优化4个药效显著、靶标清晰、具有开发价值的药物先导物;3)海洋候选药物成药性评价:对具有抗肾癌药物开发潜力的粉蝶霉素进行成药性评价。 | ||||
