贝类天然免疫和贝类基因组学。
研究工作
1)勾勒了牡蛎胁迫适应性形成的分子基础,为深入了解贝类抗逆机制提供了基础和框架;2)解析了牡蛎体液免疫的分子基础:首次利用shotgun蛋白组技术和功能性实验对牡蛎血浆蛋白进行了大规模鉴定和功能解析,为揭示贝类体液免疫的分子机制提供了基础;3)鉴定了牡蛎模式识别受体的演化特征和功能:首次在贝类分析了模式识别受体TLR的结构和功能,结构显示牡蛎TLR家族成员分化程度较低,阻断TLR信号可以有效的抑制感染依赖的血淋巴激活,揭示了TLR介导的天然免疫在低等原口动物中已经形成。
