研究方向
微型藻类分子生态学和基因组学。
研究工作
  长期从事海洋微型生物生态学研究,关注海洋浮游微型藻类的多样性、分布及与环境因子的关系,以及环境因子变化下(酸化、升温、盐度变化)自养异养微生物群落及功能发生的响应,报道了中国边缘海的微型藻类聚球藻的多样性及分布规律,发现了新的聚球藻色素类群并且揭示了其分布规律;利用海上实验报道了海洋酸化对浮游细菌群落及功能可能带来的影响。先后在Environmental Microbiology, Applied and Environmental Microbiology, Microbial Ecology,JGR-Biogeosciences等生态领域权威期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,其中第一作者文章11篇。目前主要开展野外模拟实验及室内培养,利用基因组、宏基因组及传统生态学手段,系统研究南海及大湾区微微型浮游生物的多样性、功能组成、相互关系及对气候变化(如暖化和酸化)的响应;同时开展了微微型藻类聚球藻的遗传多样性与色素多样性关系的研究,在室内针对聚球藻对环境变化的生理、遗传表达等方面开展实验,从遗传机理方面验证微微型藻类对环境变化可能发生的响应,为评估气候变化对南海及大湾区生态系统影响提供理论和数据支持。
