研究工作 |
发展了以多样性为导向的合成生物学策略并建立了天然产物类似物分子库,显著提升了天然活性分子的高通量筛选效率。相关工作以第一作者分别发表在Organic Letters和Angewandte Chemie International Edition,并以共同第一作者发表在Journal of the American Chemical Society杂志上;其次,阐明了狄尔斯-阿尔德环加成反应构建螺环乙酰乙酸内酯/内酰胺抗感染抗生素分子骨架的酶学机制,相关工作以共同第一作者将该研究成果发表在Nature Chemical Biology杂志上;第三,发展了以抗性基因为导向的“基因组挖掘”技术并成功用于新型除草剂的开发,通过深入研究实现了使用aspterric acid (AA)选择性除草而不伤害作物的功效,AA除草剂的发现填补了杜邦公司二十多年来在开发新型抑制支链氨基酸途径除草剂领域的空白,同时也将打破全世界在近30年未曾有新型作用机制除草剂问世的局面,重创了国际农业巨头对抗除草剂转基因作物种子的垄断供应,具有重大的经济价值。作为第一作者完成了这项科研成果并发表在国际顶级学术期刊Nature上,并申请了相关专利。这一成果得到了业内专家和学者们的一致好评。 | ||||
