研究方向
对虾卵巢发育调控与营养积累模式; 对虾抗病、抗逆良种选育;热带海参繁育与生态适应机制。
研究工作
1)利用比较基因组学、分子生物学手段,发掘对虾卵巢发育调控的新机制,建立“卵黄发生-运输-入卵”和“多器官、多激素调控”两个模型,对重要海水养殖经济品种凡纳滨对虾的卵巢发育模式进行了重新阐述,开发无损促进、延缓雌虾卵巢发育发明专利2项。
2)利用分子辅助育种、基因编辑育种技术对对虾抗病抗逆性状遗传改良,发掘多个抗逆、抗病性状重要功能基因,将优良性状分子标记应用于抗逆、抗病育种,作为重要完成人培育国家新品种“正金阳1号”凡纳滨对虾。
3)开发具有高经济价值热带海参新品种和新种质资源,首次突破重要珊瑚礁护礁种类玉足海参的全人工繁育和规模化育苗技术,并解析其生态适应机制。
